They have left boxes in road, at bottom of driveway, upside down, on side. Have not received delivery at all. Last delivery of meals - box on it's side, meals not recognizable. This has been going on repeatedly for a couple of years. I have turned off service (Freshly) before and about to again.

I ordered several items from forever21 because they were promoting free delivery service with good deals for my 10 year old. After paying for everything I received a message saying that ontrac was gonna be deliveringSad I thought the free service was going to be a popular known delivery! I guess thats how much forever 21 values their customers service. OFFtrac never delivered my items (to me) and was a day early (but the driver was at my location based on the GPS they say). After waiting on hold for 2 hours then the followup call 1 hour and 45 minutes the other call while at work 53 minutes! It has been brushed off. We cant help you call f21 then f21 says they cant help me either because the information states the driver was at the location where I live. My manager has video cameras of no one delivering anything at all on that day. These people say just because the guy was in the area by looking at the gps he delivered it!! No he/she didnt and my manager has proof and plus I was at work from 2pm-10pm on December 2nd. Where is my package?? It wasnt properly delivered because I didnt receive it and also never received a call on my cellphone letting me know when someone is entering the building. Its not right for you not to followup with a proper investigation because the driver could have came in the area yes and took the package back with them, if thats all it takes is for the gps to be at the location! Come on now something has to be properly done about this. I received every package that Ive paid for with FED EX UPS, and Amazon. So you guys just let your drivers steal and dont monitor them properly? This is ridiculous!!! Saying o we cant help you because the driver was at the location when we checked the GPS Really!! Thats it!!! Some people wonder why Sarcasticsociety is becoming more and more jacked up!! People sit back and watch stuff happen to other people and dont care, as long as its not happening to them!!! Stand up for RIGHTEOUSNESS AND PROMOTE JUSTICE PEOPLE WITHOUT BEING PUNKS AND COWARDS!!!

This company does not care if the driver drives to the location where delivery is suppose to take place and proceed to drive off with the package , then WALA!! No one rung the buzzard!!

The driver GPS says that he/she was there and delivered it but the manager video camera shows the driver never entered the building at all.

JUSTICE people!! JUSTICE!!

According to an Ontrac driver, the people at Ontrac don’t know who’s delivering packages. They just give them routes and send them on their way.

*** these people don’t even get background checks. Who knows who’s handling our items.

I've called OnTrac 3 times. Each time, I received a different response. No one knows where the package is. I bought something at Best Buy 3/17/20. The name and delivery address on their computer screen was correct. Delivery was supposed to be 3/21 by 8:00 pm. I still hung out by the front door at midnight. Nothing. Found out the next day that someone had typed an imaginary mailing address on the shipping label; no house number, wrong street, wrong ZIP code. GREAT. Now what? Best Buy says call OnTrac. OnTrac says call Best Buy. This is ridiculous, and I am out of a lot of money, and no one takes responsibility.

The shipping company mailed my order to wrong address and stated they could Not correct it until after shipment was delivered. OnTrac customer service was EXCELLENT and Stopped the shipment and gave me an option to retrieve my package from their Phoenix office. I'm grateful and satisfied with their Professional service. Ontrac supposed to deliver a very essential part for my business considering the current situation office is not open every day and Ontrac instead of contacting us to rearrange the delivery simply returned the item without contacting us. The item is not available anymore thus a lot of hardship for our business.

Was told this delivery would be three days late and was being held at the warehouse because the driver could not locate address through Google Maps? USE GPS!!! Never a problem with USPS, FedEx, UPS AND OnTrac in the past, thinking the company is incompetent. Totally unimpressed, think they need a new CEO...

Damaged package

I ordered an item from Target and OnTrac is their choice of shipping service. My item scanned fine from a warehouse at Arizona but once it arrived in California, it was reported damaged. I called customer service, and they stated the item was not salvageable, and the item was extensively damaged... what gives? It seems employees are mishandling packages and don't care about packing items properly at all!

I ordered dog treats and toys 10/23 and estimated delivery date was 10/25. I recently adopted 10 weeks old puppy, so I stay home all day to care him.

Like always, I stayed at home and waiting my package after I got an email from this company - it on the way!

I was waiting with my inner door opened to almost 9pm. And my husband came home from work at 10pm. We found nothing at the front door at all. I checked the tracking page immediately and the status was still ‘out for delivery’

Next day morning, I checked again and found the status changed to ‘delivered at the front door at 9pm’

How could it be?

Besides, the tracking history of webpage that I’ve ordered said it was delivered at 24th.

I’ve sent a message via the tracking page of OnTrac, and they replied next day.

Please be advised that our driver will be returning to the delivery location, 10/25 by 5PM, to conduct a search in an effort to locate your package. Once the driver provides a status update on the package, we will follow up with you. Thank you for your patience.

They’re dishonest and have no sense of responsibility.

Fortunately the shipper send me exactly same items that I ordered with no cost. Bad news is that they using this company again.

Christmas gifts that were ordered on Dec. 2 arrived after the holiday.

And one of the packages was delivered in front of our garage and in the rain.

We almost ran it over. and last night, they delivered someone else’s package to our house, and ours to another house.

I personally would never use them, but unfortunately, some companies like Best Buy use them. They never deliver packages on time, and when they finally do, they leave them out by the street, rather than the door, so that someone driving by can easily pick them up. And they have a nonexistent customer service line which they never answer.

My package was delayed for a week. I called and was told that it was sent to the wrong warehouse in Seattle. I was told that a request to have it delivered would be submitted. Five days later, still no package. I called and talked to Jennifer. She could care less and just told me that it was delayed, which I obviously new. Clearly she could care less about helping me or my package. She showed little concern and her attitude was "it's delayed, it is what it is"... No I'm sorry, let me see what I can do... just horrible experience.

We have two packages we've been waiting on. One is expensive and the other I need for my job. OnTrac has been repeatedly pushing the delivery date for DAYS. They have not come to the house, left the packages, knocked or rang the bell. They literally are refusing to come and deliver the packages. We emailed them - no response. We called their customer service line and after 20 MINUTES on hold, the rep said she would send an email to the facility to inquire about this. Um...what. She said they are busy with the holidays. So are literally all other shipping services but they deliver on time and keep their promises to their customers. I'm disappointed and angry that they can't seem to do their job. One of those packages is linked to my livelihood so any job loss is on OnTrac. Get it together!

They may do ok with local, but I doubt it. I have product shipped to a commercial address, and they are ALWAYS late, and always try to deliver at night. I've asked my vendors to stop using them, and I will stop using vendors that DO use them as I don't like having to babysit my inbound shipments. I've been on hold now for 42 minutes waiting for a human, I've tried calling in from my Cell phone (just to check) and it wont even connect... they are not set up for large scale volume, their service level proves that.

Preferred solution: Stop offering services you cannot fulfil, or ramp up. UPS and FedEx RENT trucks when they need more service... you guys just leave crap on the dock.
