Poor customer service and lying about losing package

Per their tracking information, a package was supposed to have been delivered to my front door. This is impossible, as there is a locked gate across the driveway, and there were 3 dogs between the gate and my house at that time, plus I was home - nobody was at my front door!

When I called OnTrac, the representative kept insisting, that the package was scanned at my location and thus must have been delivered. She completely denied the possibility, that the driver may have made a mistake, or kept the package for him/herself (it contained expensive electronics). She was not willing to have the driver contact me, which would have cleared the problem up quickly. The rep's supervisor was equally unhelpful and stone-walling me.

I checked with my neighbors, none of whom found a package with my name on it (they know who I am, we have all lived here for decades). Thankfully, the Amazon rep I chatted with afterwards was wonderful and replaced the items, plus gave me credit for one month of Prime; however, it's unfair, that Amazon has to pay for OnTrac's incompetence.

Never again will I use ontrac

I ordered some makeup from the Sephora website on 8/29/18. I was told to expect my package on 9/4/18. Labor day comes and goes no package it's a holiday not too worried.. 9/5/18 rolls around, no package. Call today to talk to customer service (very nice man awnsers) tells me he sees what I see it's out for delivery in my town on 9/4 @9:49 am. Tells me he will open an investigation. Calls back about an hour later and tells me.that the package has been put as missing.... I mean how the *** can it go out for delivery and make it to Oregon from Utah.. and all of a sudden go "missing". Never ever again, will ontrac get my business. How are they still in Business with all the complaints I see? Not a happy Camper in the least.. $62.00 I now have to figure out how to to get the product I ordered without having to pay again livid with this company.

I just went 6 miles from my house to a random address to pick up my package were the Ontrac driver left it. I simply will not order from a company that uses on trac anymore, ever. This is not the first time, or the 10th, they have screwed up every single delivery.

This is the by far the worst shipping company I have ever seen......3 times so far they have either lost the package , although claimed it was delivered and then a day or two later sometimes it shows up or just gets replaced ?........ One neighbor even seen the Ontrac driver just slow down and throw the package out the window on the sidewalk as he drove by...........7/11 claimed delivery at 1:24 pm........7/12 after talking to rep. Justin he finally called back that evening and said package was delivered at 7:49 pm .........package was laying in driveway 50 ft from front door.......I'm telling amazon anything else that gets shipped through these people I will just return............don't need the hassles, drama or incompetence they bring along with there less than professional business model.

I had a package lost with this company. So i had it replaced and when ontrac picked it up it wasnt scanned, for hrs it wasnt accounted for. Anyway when i recieved my order wich was skincare products one of tata harper a lotion and serum. Well products were in wrong bottles. They were switched. I got ahold of tata harper inquired if there was bottling issues. They checked and double checked. No bottling issues. This ontac is targeting people. Be ware.

Lied about delivery!

OnTrac states they left the package at the front door on a day that I was at home during stated delivery time. No package was delivered. No package was signed for. Consequently there were packages from UPS and Fedex delivered without issue the same day. Upon contacting OnTrac about problem, they stated they would not discuss my problem and that I needed to contact the seller (Home Depot) to resolve the issue. When I contacted Home Depot, they stated I need to file a claim with OnTrac. When I stated OnTrac was contacted and will not work with me, Home Depot suggested my only alternative was to dispute with the Credit Card Company. I've now started a claim with credit card company. I would give both OnTrac and Home Depot a Negative score for customer service and will work around both of them in the future.

Hard Work, No Pay, No One gives a *** about you

They skim your pay so bad and all the BIG BOSS are {{Redacted}} there. They are extremely rude to work for, shorted my check every single week saying they wont pay you what your agreement is, lying cheating stealing thieves! Then sell you out for someone who will do the route for less$ No appreciation for their employees. Save yourself the time and trouble, Don't work for Ontrac. They have a fast turnaround of employees because of bad management who only think of their own paycheck, and how much of YOUR check they can skim you out of, and they absolutely will steal $100 of your paycheck and lie to your face about why!

Avoid Ontrac at all cost. Pay extra for UPS. Constintly screws up, thats the only thing they do reliably.

Waited all morning for package. My front door open with screen door showing front porch and my front porch has a camera. Got email said ontrac delivered to front porch at 9:15am. Did not see any ontrac vehicle coming or delivery person. Checked camera, nope no one came to deliver my package. Cust service said it was delivered to right address. Yeah right.

How hard can it be

every time i order something online and it is shipped through Ontrac i ALWAYS expect the package at least a week after their “guaranteed” delivery date. these tools have lost copious amounts of my online orders and i can’t even count how many times i have almost punched *** in my wall because of them.

they literally have one job and that is to get a package on someone’s doorstep by their committed time. apparently even a task so simple as that is much too difficult to accomplish. Not once has my package ever arrived on time through these people.

take my word for it... do not order anything shipped through ontrac if you want a pleasant, stress free experience.

Driver stole package

I will never use Ontrac service. I truly feel the Ontrac delivery driver stole my packages.

I live in a gated community that requires a code to be entered to enter property, driver never used code, left packages which were 2(15lbs) run flat tires supposedly at my front door. I have security cameras which never show a delivery being made. I don’t understand why a driver would leave such a valuable package sitting unsecured at my front door. I’m more upset driver didn’t follow protocol and properly get let into the private community.

Ontrac has horrible customer service, the Ontrac rep spoke to me very rudely and was Adrian t there was NOTHING they can do to help and advised me to contact the seller of the tires.

I would not recommend using the Ontrac service, not a reliable trust worthy company! Beware.

I had the same experience more then once! Very valuable packages were stolen by the driver!

I ask the company I ordered from not to use Ontrac for my delivery but they continue to do so!! As I am a valued customer to that company they should valued my opinion! I am so pissed! The customer service stinks!

I requested to have the driver investigated!! I also have security all around my home

Incompetent drivers who can't do their job, zero customer service

These idiots leave packages that clearly state "Signature Required" without getting a signature, they leave temperature sensitive medical packages at the wrong address, they just delivered four packages that have been missing in their system for the last two weeks, etc. Did they bother to let me know they were here? NO WAY!! They just dropped them off unattended for anyone to take, nice going jerk!

Hands down the WORST delivery service out there, although FedEx is starting to give them a good run for their money. They claim to have delivered packages to physical locations that don't exist (we don't have an elevator anywhere near the receiving department) and the drivers are brain dead ***

If you ever have a choice DO NOT use OFFTRAC for ANY reason AT ALL.
