Canceled Blue Apron Because of OnTrac
We cancelled Blue Apron because of OnTrac issues. BA said they would switch me to FedEx, but didn't.
The deliveries were late, sometimes by days and damaged more often than not. For some reason, they always dropped off on my unprotected side porch rather than my protected front porch. The drivers all look sketchy, then I found out they are like the Uber of delivery and that they willl take just about anyone to drive for them.
Then, you read stories about OnTrac drivers stealing packages from porches, or lying about delivering packages when they haven't. Makes you want to have them banned from doing business.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
