My packaged from Amazon was scheduled for delivery by 8pm. No package.

At 11pm I'm up in bed reading and I hear a car stop in front of my apartment. Assuming it's FINALLY my package, I go peek out the window and see a white van driving away from the front of my apartment. I figured since it was so late he didn't knock and just left it there so I immediately went to get it---no package, no attempted delivery notice. I looked all over, checked all of my neighbors doors--no package.

The tracking now shows "delivered" at 10:56 pm. I contacted OnTrac to complain but all they say is start a claim with Amazon which I did.

I have asked Amazon repeatedly to stop using OnTrac as this is not the first time this has happened. Now every time I order from Amazon, I send an email to customer service with the order number asking them to use any delivery method except OnTrac, even if it will take longer.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ontrac Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Lost packages, No help from customer service.
