On October 4, 2018, at 8:30pm, in Carnation, WA, an Ontrac driver hit my dog with his truck. My dog's pelvis was shattered.

It took me 1 week to reach someone at the local office. With the information I had, she was able to identify the driver and supposedly left messages with his supervisor. The driver never reported the incident and company's main contact never returned my messages.

There is a neighbor witness who say the incident and says the driver knew that he hit something but ripped down the street.

This will NOT just go away. We have legal service benefits through my husbands employer.

We will follow through after the New Year.

You don't get to run over dogs and them pretend it didn't happen. Your driver has the concience of a slug and OnTrac supports this.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let's see if the conpany contacts me first..

I didn't like: Customer service and not taking repsonsibility for pet injury.
